6 Weeks

Mason is 6 weeks old this week. He is really changing fast. He weighs over 9lbs now, up another pound this week. He is so much more aware of his surroundings now. I will lay him on my bed while I'm getting ready for the day and he will just watch me. He will turn his head and follow where I walk. Also, if someone talks to him he turns to see who it is. His tummy has been quite upset lately, which makes him fussy a lot. Let's hope his digestive system develops a little quicker.

Mason is ready for football season with his new Colts T-shirt that Grandma got for him. He is checking out Daddy's recliner to see how comfortable it will be to watch the games in.

5 Weeks

Mason is 5 weeks old this week. He gained another pound this week, and is now over 8lbs. He is finally no longer looking so skinny. He had a pediatrician appointment this week. Th doctor said that his weight gain is amazing... 2 lbs in 2 weeks. He's trying to catch up with the bigger babies now. She also said that he has incredible neck control for his age.

Mason is now very alert quite often. We think he is going through a growth spurt right now because he is eating much more than normal and he has been quite fussy the past couple of days.

4 Weeks

Mason is 4 weeks old today. It is amazing how quickly the time has passed. He weighed 7lbs 2oz today. He gained exactly 1lb in only one week! I guess all the hard work we've been putting in is starting to pay off. Let's hope he keeps it up. He has lots of growing still to do.

3 Weeks Old

Mason will be 3 weeks old tomorrow. It is amazing how quickly the time has gone by. He is going to be growing so quickly. He doesn't sleep much during the day anymore, which makes it hard to get anything done or to get any rest.

Auntie Maro came over to visit this weekend. Mason was happy to see her and fell asleep in her arms.

Dress Up

Grandma and Leah tried playing dress-up with Mason this week. He really didn't like it at all, but they had a good time. Unfortunately, all of his clothes are still too big, so that really limited the outfits they could try on him.

2 Weeks

Mason is 2 weeks old this week. Efe had to go back to work this week. Grandma came to help out while Efe was at work. It was nice that she was here because Mason is staying awake much more now. It is going to be very hard to get anything done because he doesn't want to sleep, and he wants to be held when he is awake.
