Grandpa, I'm so glad you were able to meet Mason on this day in the hospital. I am happy that your pain is gone now. May you rest in peace.

Peeing in the Potty

Mason learned how to pee in the potty today! I guess the potty training is ready to start now. He is becoming such a big boy.

Fun with Max

Mason and I met Max and Tina at the Children's Museum today. Above is a picture of the boys playing with the dinosaur eggs. They are actually dancing, but you can't tell. Mason absolutely loves the dinosaur exhibit. The last time we went, we were there for 2.5 hours and never left the dinosaurs.

Mason loved playing with Max. He talked about it the whole way home.

Mason: "I had fun with Max."
Mason: "Max my fwiend (friend)"
Me: "Max is my friend, too"
Mason: "No, Mommy. Max MY fwiend!"

He was so tired when we got home. He fell asleep at 1pm and didn't wake up until Efe woke him at 4pm. It is rare that he takes a nap that long these days.

Trick-or-Treat!

Mason insisted that he be Diego for Halloween, even though I had bought him the cutest bear costume. He didn't want to be a bear. So, here he is as Diego on the way to go get some "tandy".
This is a picture of Diego pouting.
Mason loved going door-to-door. He kept saying "Doe to that house to dit tandy! (go to that house to get candy)" and pointing to every house that we saw.
Below is Mason sitting beside the pumpkin that he helped me carve.
