I'm a Wipe

Yesterday, Mason was telling Efe how he is his Daddy, and I am his Mommy. Efe also explained to Mason that I am his Wife.

Mason: "No, Mommy, you are not his WIPE!!!!"

Change is Coming

Well, Efe will be leaving in a few short weeks, and we are awaiting the closing on our house. We are starting to prepare for our move. I know the next couple of months are going to fly, and we will be ariving in our new location.

Mason is excited for our trip, but he really doesn't understand what is about to happen. We have told him that we are moving, but I can tell he doesn't understand when we try to explain it to him. I think he just thinks we are taking a trip. I'm sure he will be confused when we don't come back to our house.

A Picmic

Mason had been asking for a "picmic" with Gwamaw, so we went on Sunday to meet her at a park. We had a good time. The last time we came to see her, he wanted to spend the night with her, but we didn't have any of his stuff, so I told him he couldn't. This time he told me he was bringing his "tuffs" so that he could stay the night with her.

Mason insisted that Gwamaw ride on this thing, just like he did. She reluctantly complied, and I couldn't resist getting a picture.
We also realized that on the other side of the park, there was an area with a bunch of different animals that you could feed. They had goats, sheep, ponies, llamas, deer, chickens, swans, and others. I will post some pics of that when I get a chance.
