No Accidents

Mason didn't have any accidents today at day care. I am really surprised and amazed. I am very proud of him!

Potty Training

Potty training is going well so far! At daycare yesterday (his first day), Mason had 3 pee pee accidents , and no poop accidents. Today at day care, he only had one accident. So, I think he is doing great so far.

More Pictures

Too bad he has a big scratch on his forehead from falling down. This is the face that Mason makes when I try to take his picture. He just tries to wink and makes a scrunched up face.

He is getting tired of me taking his picture, so I will give him a break for a few hours ;)

Buy it?

My friend Dave has a digital SLR camera that he let me borrow to see if I want to buy it from him. I tried to take some pictures with it tonight, but I obviously need some practice with it. Here is Mason giving Efe a big kiss. I will have to try taking some more pictures tomorrow and see if I can get some nice ones with it.
Efe does not understand why I would want another camera when I already have 3 cameras. He is obviously not very technology saavy, so he doesn't see the differences. To him, a camera is a camera. This is him telling me "You DO NOT need another camera!!!!". I don't even try to explain my reasons to him anymore because I know he will never understand :P

Playing in the Snow

There is barely any snow on the ground. However, on our way home tonight, Mason begged me to let him play in the "no". He didn't have any gloves on, so I didn't let him stay out long, but I think he would have been out there forever if I let him.

Confession

OK, I admit it, I still haven't put our Christmas tree away. I know this post will not surprise my closest friends ;)

I have to say though, I really don't want to put it away. I LOVE when Mason says "Look at our Fwistmas Tweet, Mommy!!" It is so cute how he says it.

Musical Talents?

This morning, as I was taking Mason to day care, we were listening to one of his CD's. The CD was playing the ABC song. Mason was in the back and I heard him singing, but he was not singing ABC, he was singing Twinkle Twinkle Little Star.

At first I thought, that is weird, I wonder why he is singing that with the ABC song. Then, as it went along, I realized they have the same melody. I don't know why I never noticed that before, but I hadn't. So, Mason was able to hear that and decided to sing Twinkle Twinkle over top of the ABC song.

I Lub You!!!!

I tell Mason that I love him all the time, and he occasionally will say it back to me. Starting a couple of weeks ago, he will just come up to me, give me a big hug and say, "I luuuub you, Mommy." It is the sweetest thing to hear, and I hope he keeps it up.
