Apenheul

Mason didn't have school on Friday, so we made a trip to Apenheul. It is basically a zoo that only has monkeys, about 1 hour from Amsterdam. There are locations within the park where the monkeys roam free, and may walk right beside you. Mason was not sure how close he wanted to get.
Look at this sweet baby gorilla. He was the cutest little thing.

But, his mama's claws look like she could take his head off. Good thing you can tell she loves him.

There were tons of babies there. I love how the mama looks like she is thinking, "Hurry up and finish, kid, I don't have all day."
